The Top Four Features in Windows 10 Fall Creators Update

Microsoft released their new Windows 10 Fall Creators Update today!

They are mostly under the hood changes that most people won’t even notice, but

here are some features that you can look forward to using in the future.

1. It has shaken things up by implementing it’s new Fluent Design. This makes the interface of many apps and setting windows to be more fluid, have better performance and a lot easier on the eyes. You can view the notification page and the start menu to see the difference.

2. OneDrive Files on Demand is now built in. This setting will allow you to only download the files you need from OneDrive instead of whole folders of data that you don’t need at the moment. This will help prevent your hard drive from getting too full. You can read more about it here.

3. Most importantly you can now access an emoji keyboard when you press Windows key + period( or semi-colon). Okay it’s not the most important, but it’s definitely good to have.

4. Mixed Reality is now built in. In order touse mixed reality you need to purchase a headset from PC makers like Acer, Asus, Dell, HP, Lenovo or Samsung. Most modern PCs should be able to run basic apps in Mixed Reality. For more demanding games and experiences you will need a more powerful PC though. You can also use it to watch movies and TV shows.
