Is your iPhone frozen and you don’t know what to do? Here is an easy solution for you.
If your iPhone is frozen a black screen with the Apple sign should appear
Hold both the “Home” and “Power” button until the phone turns off
Once it is off press the “Home button” then while pressing the home button connect your USB cord.
After it is connected keep pressing the home button until the screen shows the iTunes icon and a USB
Then go to your iTunes and click restore and your phone should be fine. Note that it should take a while so please be patient.
