Just a quick reminder for non-profits that are using Office 365 that there have been some price increases and changes announced the last few months that might affect you:
- Microsoft is discontinuing the free Office 365 Enterprise E1 licenses and the 10 free Microsoft 365 Business Premium licenses from their non-profit line-up. So if you use those licenses, you’ll have to start paying for them at the discounted non-profit rates ($6.60/seat/month for M365 Business Premium and $3.00/seat/month for O365 E1). For our clients, this change will kick in on their September invoices.
- Teams Phone, Power BI, and Power BI Premium prices have gone up for non-profits as well. You can read more about these changes here. These are already in affect.
We still believe that Microsoft’s 365 suite offers a tremendous value for non-profits, better than other offerings out there, despite the price increase.
