Back in January we mentioned that the phone system provider we were using was having a major outage. What we didn’t mention at the time was part of the reason we had a workaround in-place was because we were in the process of migrating our phones to Microsoft Teams (some of us had been experimenting and testing it for a while). Since then, we’ve fully migrated our phones over to Teams Phone and are now offering the migration services to our clients.

For Northern Economics, there was a significant monthly savings compared to their previous phone provider to migrate their phones to the Teams app they were already familiar with. They were able to keep their existing phone numbers, and they were already using Teams as their communications hub, so the transition was simple for folks.
