OfficeWe’ve mentioned before that Windows 10 is going to be end-of-life later this year. What that means is that after October 14, 2025, Microsoft will no longer be releasing security patches or updates to Windows 10, so you’ll want to make sure everything is running Windows 11 by that point.

Typically when this happens, major software developers will also announce that their software will not be supported after that point, either. That doesn’t mean they’ll stop working, just that they won’t be supported should you have issues.

In that vein, Microsoft has announced that they will not support Microsoft 365 Apps on Windows 10 after it reaches end of support in October. That doesn’t mean the software will suddenly stop working, but there could be issues with continued use over time as Microsoft’s development and bug fixes will be targeting Windows 11 and higher. Microsoft is calling this the year of the Windows 11 PC refresh and we’d encourage you to reach out to us to discuss your needs as we get closer to the October deadline.
